Jackfruit Galaxy - SeedlingThe Galaxy Jackfruit is medium in size and even in shape. The arils are small medium in size but large in number with a beautiful yellow colour. The Galaxys Aril texture is crisp and the flavour excellent. This variety was a seedling selection made at Fitzroy Nursery in Rockhampton. When taste tested 99% of those people who tasted it rated it as excellent.
