Duror/Appin Station
Description
Duror/Appin StationThis Station was found on the Ballachulish Extension of the Callander and Oban Railway at both Appin and Duror. (Benderloch and Kentallen were to the same design but mirror images.) The line was opened in August 1903 and closed in 1966. Much of the line is now a lovely cycle path. The station building at Duror survives as a private house. This bespoke 2 x A3 laser cut 3mm plywood sheet model (windows in 0. 8mm ply) has been designed (in 1 76. 2 scale)
The tenancy on crofts is based on “statutory conditions” (seldom a written lease)
