Then transferred to barrel to undergo Malolactic fermentation and aging

Made through a direct fire copper pot distillation of local wine

The grapes for the Dunn Cabernet Sauvignon Napa are sourced from five estate vineyards over 42 acres at 1

balsamic notes

It has a rich and very ripe substance

The palate reflects the nose with the addition of spicy ginger

and so biodiversity is incredibly important to them

and some for its fruit characteristics

The finished wine is aged on the fine lees and blended before bottling

and a hint of raspberry it's the bottle you open before anyone asks what you're drinking and finish before the sun goes down
