Ripe blackberry, dark cherry and plum, backed by a touch of cracked black pepper and dried herbs. The palate is smooth and juicy, with soft tannins carrying layers of black fruit, subtle spice. A fresh, easy drinking finish. Rich enough to pair with grilled meats or tapas, yet approachable enough to enjoy on its own.
