Her language name is Wangullay. Born in Cairns in 1967 and raised in Yarrabah, Ednas art reflects some of the stories she has heard during her childhood in Yarrie (Yarrabah) with family and friends. Edna has a strong sense of colour and design and is an accomplished artist; her paintings appear in several exhibitions and galleries.
