Henkotsu・へんこつ・Big KamisoriBig Japanese straight Razor from Henkotsu. A piece that was most likely made for shaving heads, absolutely humongous, heavy. Coming with the original box and a new engraved Hinoki wood box in New Old Stock condition. It was never used before and just had a few spots that needed restorative attention. This impressive razor was made in the Showa period

After Bluing we have attached a rattan handle wrapping and several layers of urushi lacquer

We kept this Kamisori as original as possible

expertly restored to hair-popping sharpness and shave-ready perfection

We just sharpened it and added a original Japanese Rattan handle wrapping to it
