The entire back is taken up by a paphiopedilum (slipper) orchid with a sweet little cattleya on the handle

can’t quite tell from this angle if it’s Mary Magdalene or the Madonna

At this time it still would have been rather eyebrow raising for a woman to smoke cigarettes
